There went the afternoon! We enjoyed the games and reading area too, puzzles and books, activities such as colouring in sheets, documentaries on the screen. And a prize for each of them was a small shark tooth, and a model dinosaur to take home and put together. What the kids most loved were the huge Life-Sized dinosaurs, several of which have a motion sensor which when activated, causes the dinosaurs to move, and roar! If the kids aren’t prepared, it’s quite scary, and even our ones, who knew about it, were still nervous! The four year old though, the most scared, eventually developed enough courage to race past the roaring Dino inside several times as a sort of dare! Your entry entitles the kids to complete a seek and find hunt for answers within the museum. There’s tables and chairs outside too, so its easy to bring lunch or snacks to have there. It’s quite expensive to go in, but you could honestly spend several hours there, both inside and out.
